- Prioritization under pressure — Overcoming the pull toward expected answers
- Collective intelligence and expert knowledge — Brainwriting and structured knowledge capture
- Risk surfacing — Premortem analysis using prospective hindsight to identify what could go wrong before it does
- Structured sensemaking — Analysis of Competing Hypotheses (ACH) — Separating what you know from what you assume
- Expert knowledge elicitation — Cognitive Task Analysis prompts and speed interviewing
Key methods you'll practice
Participants work directly with their own real challenges — analysing and dismantling them using the methods covered.
Every participant leaves with a "when to use what" decision map for urgent and non-urgent scenarios.
