Ursula Teubert is an independent innovation strategist, lecturer, and advisor with more than 25 years of international experience at the intersection of technology, innovation, and sustainability. Holding a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, she has advised multinational corporations, industrial manufacturers, technology companies, start-ups, investors, and public institutions on transforming complex technological and societal challenges into clear, actionable decisions.

She has worked across sectors including mobility, engineering services, industrial technology, energy, building solutions, and advanced manufacturing. As an expert reviewer for Switzerland’s national innovation funding agency, she evaluates science-based start-ups and innovation projects. Since 2014, she has been teaching critical and creative thinking, innovation and marketing in academic and executive education settings.

Known for her collaborative approach, systems thinking, and ability to translate complexity into practical solutions, she combines deep expertise in innovation, R&D, and collective intelligence with a strong commitment to sustainable value creation.
