From Intelligence to Action

In an increasingly volatile geopolitical and economic landscape, understanding country risk is essential for informed decision-making.

This workshop introduces the fundamentals of country risk intelligence and demonstrates how open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools can be leveraged to collect, analyse, and synthesise data on political stability, regulatory frameworks, and economic indicators.

Participants will gain a solid foundation in country risk intelligence, learning how to identify, analyse, and monitor geopolitical, economic, social and regulatory risks that impact global operations.
Through hands-on exercises, they will develop practical skills in sourcing and interpreting open-source intelligence, building a dynamic country risk dashboard, and implementing real-time monitoring systems.
These capabilities will enable attendees to make informed strategic decisions, strengthen risk mitigation frameworks, and enhance organisational resilience in an increasingly volatile global environment.

Key Takeaways

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Master the Fundamentals of Country Risk Intelligence
  • Apply a Structured Framework for Risk Evaluation
  • Leverage OSINT for Practical Risk Analysis
  • Develop Strategies for Proactive Risk Mitigation
