- Workshops: Immersive 1- and 2-day learning experiences from ICI’s annual portfolio of 28 training days
All workshops are available on-site or online and are delivered in German or English, offering maximum flexibility without compromising quality.
Step 2: Earn a Recognized Certificate
Ready to formalize your expertise? Our certificate programs allow you to turn learning into recognized credentials:
- FCCI – Fundamentals in Competitive Intelligence, designed for practitioners
- SCIE – Strategic Competitive Intelligence for Executives, tailored for decision-makers and intelligence consumers
All workshops completed in Step 1 can be credited toward the corresponding certificate program, enabling a seamless upgrade at any time. Participants with relevant prior experience may have existing skills recognized, allowing them to shorten their certification path.

For professionals seeking advanced expertise, Step 3 offers specialized certificate programs with a strong practical focus on:

For those aiming at excellence, Step 4 brings everything together. By completing all certificate programs and adding a thesis and final oral examination, participants earn the Certificate of Proficiency in Competitive Intelligence—the highest academic qualification awarded by ICI.
