ICI-37: Structured Team Thinking Methods for Competitive Intelligence and Strategy Leaders addresses this challenge. Participants learn practical methods that help teams surface what people really know — not only what they are willing or able to say in a conventional meeting.
The workshop gives leaders a structured approach to group reasoning. It helps them select appropriate thinking methods for the situation, objective, time available, and decision context. Participants work with their own challenges throughout the day and apply the methods directly to CI, strategy, R&D, and scientific decision situations.

Methods That Strengthen Collective Intelligence
The updated curriculum focuses on methods that improve both the quality and completeness of team input. Participants practice structured reflection individually and in groups, rapid full-voice input formats such as 1-2-4-All and Think-Pair-Share, brainwriting, and expert knowledge elicitation.
The program also covers prioritization under pressure, premortem analysis, and Analysis of Competing Hypotheses (ACH). These methods help teams identify risks before they create costly consequences, test assumptions against available evidence, and avoid premature conclusions.
ICI-37 also addresses the role of AI for Competitive Intelligence. Participants explore how AI can support structured team thinking and data handling without replacing critical human reflection, validation, and decision-making.
