 Philips is currently looking for a Consumer Intelligence Manager Health & Wellness to join their team in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities:
- Fields category segmentation research (Censydiam) and consults on results and methodology with key stakeholders (Marketing, Strategy, Design, Marcom)
- Deploys Brand Equity research results (HeartBEAT) and contributes to interpretation of the data and business implications
- Liaise with GMM for research logistic and input to field
- Fields research for foundational understanding of key consumer topics: category usage and attitude, ad-hoc consumer research (excluding Innovation) especially in the area of pricing sensitivity, promotional effectiveness, consumer behaviors, etc….
- Key point of contact for Net Promoter Score research/field related issues
Requirements/skills:
- Masters degree in a Marketing or Social Sciences, or in Business Administration (majoring in market research) and least 5-7 years of working experience in marketing research or intelligence with exposure to international consumer research.
- strong analytical skills and natural high level of curiosity will help to build deep fact-based category&consumer knowledge. Work experience in multinational environment is very much welcomed.
- On the people side: Your strong consultative and communication skills will help you convey your knowledge to marketing teams, becoming a true sparring partner for them.
- sincere pro-active attitude which helps to influence and inspire commitment of others.
