Dr. von Groote wins ICI’s Best Speaker Award for a third time / Universal high delegate ratings for ICI’s workshops |

 For a third time Dr. von Groote won the acclaimed annual Best Speaker Award (2009) from the Institute for Competitive Intelligence.
 This annual award is based on the anonymous feedback of ICI’s workshop delegates. Dr. von Groote, (who has already won the award twice before - in 2004 and 2006) had to beat a highly competitive faculty to win the award. At the same time the Institute received its best ever feedback evaluation: More than half of all workshops received a total assessment of 4,7. (on a scale of 1 – poor - to 5 – very good) from delegates.
 The assessment for 2009 demonstrates the extremely positive and consistent nature of the feedback we receive. From registration to post workshop services, delegates are well taken care of, commented ICI’s quality assurance manager Thorsten Bill. “Quality is our passion as well as our commitment.
