Consultant specialized in Technology Monitoring, Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer at the Agency of Innovation and Development of Andalusia, a governmental institution dedicated to foster the economic development of Andalusia, Spain. He holds a double degree in Information and Knowledge Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany, and Information Science from the University of Granada, Spain, where he is involved in a PhD program dedicated to patent analysis and scientometrics. In his professional career he has worked in the field of Technology Monitoring and Knowledge Management for major companies in Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore and Spain and has also participated in several international conferences and workshops.
