The Director of ICI for Spain and Portugal is since 1998 co-founder of the company Triz XXI SL and Assoc. Professor of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Mr. Palop is B.Sc.Economics and Law from the University of Valencia. In 1998 he founded together with José M. Vicente TRIZ XXI, a consulting firm specializing in the methodology that gives the name to the company as well as in technology watch and competitive intelligence. Associate Professor at the Politechnic Universitat Politècnica de València where he has lectured credits in Technology Surveillance and Business Decisions. He with Mr. Vicente is the author of several publications on the subject first of its kind in Spanish language.
Provides consulting, training and conferences on CI management and Tech-Mining in Spain and Portugal, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
Member of the R & D & I,Committee 166 of AENOR Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification, now he participates in the working group WG-6 of the CEN-389 European Committee for Standardization - on corporate intelligence. He is member of SCIP since 1993.
